Notice! How to Identify FB Fraudulent Advertisements

Hello everyone. Because of the fraud on FB, too many people are troubled. So I decided to provide you with an identification guide.

If you see a very attractive product on FB, please don't rush to pay. Your impulse may cause you to lose a sum of money. Next, I will divide a few distinguishing points for your reference.

1. The quality of advertising

A false advertisement basically has several points.

Ⅰ: High discount.

These businesses will tell you that there are 50-90% discounts.

Ⅱ: Low pixels

The entire video has poor pixels. Similar to a video shot around 2005.

Ⅲ: The publicity effect is exaggerated

For example, a pair of shoes can improve the direction of your toes. There is no scientific basis for this. A simple video editing software can synthesize this kind of deceptive promotional video.

Ⅳ: Low-cost video production

A large number of colored text is used in an advertising video. A normal advertisement will use spoken language to describe the characteristics of the product. A large amount of text is a method used by scammers to quickly upload advertisements in order to save editing time.

Ⅴ: Emoji emoj added

Add a lot of emoticons emoj to the promotional text.

Ⅵ: The FB homepage has just been established

A homepage created within three months. This new homepage does not publish too much content. Advertise as soon as it is founded.

The above points may appear in fraudulent advertisements on FB. These points do not need to exist at the same time. There are one or two points that may be fraudulent advertisements. It may also be a normal advertisement. If these points exist at the same time, it is definitely a fraudulent advertisement.

After passing the judgment of the advertisement, we can proceed to the next step. Go to the web page to view all the content.

2. The quality of the web page

Ⅰ: A page that is too rough

If you have seen many scam pages, you will find that the page templates they use are basically the same. You can compare the difference between a normal web and a fraudulent web.

Fraudulent

Normal

Ⅱ: Complex details page

Uneven text effects with various fonts

Exaggerated GIF

Trust the copywriting.

A true B2C seller (supplier selling to consumers) rarely writes a copy that trusts us. This kind of copywriting usually appears in B2B (manufacturers sell to suppliers).

Virtual evaluation

Most of these evaluations are described by the sellers themselves. Don't trust the description of the evaluation too much.

Ⅲ: The brand cannot be found on Google search

A newly created URL will not be displayed on Google immediately. The brand name is basically the same as the domain name (www.xxxxxx.com). xxxxxx is the brand name.

In fact, the main point of judging whether a URL is likely to be fraudulent is the time cost of URL construction. A normal website will include refund policy, shipping policy, service policy, about us, contact us, etc. But including these does not mean it is not a scam URL.

These points are the basis for opening FB advertising. When a business wants to promote an advertisement on FB, FB will review whether the URL meets the requirements for advertising. But in my opinion, FB's review mechanism is not strict. It does not require domain names to exist for more than half a year like Pinterest ads.

Therefore, a very simple website with a basic policy will appear on FB. Tell everyone a terrible shady. There is a lot of credit card information circulating in the market. They buy this information to pay for advertising on FB.

A domain name only costs 8$. If you buy more, it even only costs 2$. Register a store on Shopify for 29$ a month. FB personal account 1 1$. I don’t know how much money is required to purchase credit card information. But the cost is absolutely low.

The total cost of building a website is about 45$ (maybe lower). This is why there are so many low-quality scam websites appearing in FB.

There are two types of scam URLs. One is not to ship. In this case, they will not lose money at all and take your money directly. They will purchase the logistics order number information of other platforms and upload it to Paypal. It was useless when you complained to Paypal. You must return the goods to them because they have shipped them.

The other is that the delivered goods do not match the advertisements. The cost of a commodity is 3$. They sold for 28$ on the website (not including shipping). They don't care about brands and customers. Their idea is how to make more money effortlessly. Because they are abroad, the law cannot restrict them.

Most of these people are Chinese businessmen. In fact, I am also a Chinese business, but I hate such people. They destroyed the market. Undermine the trust of customers in China. Many normal business Chinese businessmen earnestly establish their own brands. But it was harmed by their disgusting methods.

I carefully select good products and create my own brand, but they can't resist the destruction of others. The Made-in-China influence that I was so proud of has now been destroyed by some black-hearted businessmen.

I don't want more people to be deceived, and I don't want China to be affected again. So writing this article hopes to help more people. If you find it useful after reading this article, please forward it to more people. Let more people stop being deceived.

If you have any questions, you can leave a message under the article. We will reply to any news. If our website has something you like, you can buy it at any time. We may not be able to reply in time due to the time difference. But we will definitely give you a satisfying shopping experience.
